Version 2026-10-19

Draft prepared for legal review. The text in [brackets] is for the operator of YardPro to complete with a lawyer before the public beta.

What YardPro is

YardPro is a desktop app that runs and organizes the AI command-line tools (CLIs) you already use, such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and OpenCode, plus a YardPro account on the web to sign in and manage your organization. The desktop app is in development and is not available for download yet.

YardPro is operated by [legal name, registration number and address of the operator].

Your account

  • You create an account by signing in with GitHub or Google. Every account starts with a personal organization, and you are its owner.
  • Keep your GitHub or Google account secure: whoever controls it can sign in to YardPro as you.
  • You can end your signed-in sessions from your account page on the web.
  • [Who may create an account, such as a minimum age.]

Your AI providers

YardPro starts the CLIs on your computer. Those CLIs connect to their own providers, such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, with your accounts and API keys and under each provider's terms. YardPro is not a party to those agreements and is not affiliated with those providers. The costs and limits of your provider accounts are yours.

Data sharing

Nothing from your sessions leaves your computers unless you choose a data-sharing level for an organization and that organization's policy allows it. The privacy policy explains each level.

Price

YardPro is free of charge under these terms. [Paid plans, if they ever exist, will come with new terms.]

Changes to these terms

A new text of these terms or of the privacy policy gets a new version. You are asked to accept the new version before you go on using your account on the web, and data sharing stays off until you do.

Ending

You can stop using YardPro at any time. [How to delete an account and what happens to its data. Until this is in the product, write to the contact below.]

Disclaimers and liability

[Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law and jurisdiction.]
